Corporate Learning Solutions: Multimedia
Artifact #1: Aware iPad University Website
Business Need: In discussions with our trainers, I learned that one of their biggest challenges with virtual instructor-led training is that our new hires come in with a wide variety of experience and comfort levels with using iPads, which are our company-issued devices. This spectrum of technical skills created many headaches for trainers, many of whom reported significant time costs of teaching new hires how to use the most basic of iPad functions at the expense of our actual onboarding curriculum.
Audience: New hires (direct care staff)
Solution: I had the idea to create a foundational website that could serve as a one-stop shop for new hires who need extra help operating their iPad. I designed the website, all graphics, and authored all of the web content; classifying tutorials into two "levels"- the first level being basic iPad functions, and the second level being essential job-related app functions.

Artifact #2: Care Coordinator Assessments Job Aid
Business Need: The Care Coordinator for in-home addiction treatment is responsible for conducting a variety of assessments throughout the 52 week program. It can be challenging to remember all of the assessments, what they are for, and when they should be done.
Audience: Care Coordinators
Solution: This job aid that I developed lists each assessment in alphabetical order and uses a helpful table format to include the description of each clinical assessment, the required times of completion, and the role that is responsible for completing the assessment.

Artifact #3: Analyzing Marketing Data with Datorama Slides
Business Need: Our marketing and communications was seeking to educate the C-suite on how to use the new Datorama (Salesforce product) dashboard to best leverage our marketing and sales data to gain important insights into our advertising performance and conversions.
Audience: C-Suite executives
Solution: Though this project was ultimately tabled due to personnel changes the need to hire a new data analyst, I developed these Google slides with the help of a SME in marketing. The content from these slides was ultimately used in a subsequent presentation used by the marketing department a few months later.

Artifact #4: Treatment Planning Job Aid
Business Need: The Care Coordinator for in-home addiction treatment is responsible for developing the Treatment Plan for their client in our electronic health record (EHR). Following the proper process for Treatment Planning is crucial because of the regulations set forth by the Joint Commission.
Audience: Care Coordinators
Solution: I developed this updated checklist job aid so that Care Coordinators have a step-by-step guide to help them create the Treatment Plan in away that meetings Joint Commission compliance. By using this checklist, Care Coordinators are less likely to miss or skip key steps that could lead to unintentional non-compliance.

Artifact #5: Florida HIV/AIDS Training
Business Need: I was approached by a Care Coordinator who has to present the annual HIV/AIDS training that is mandated in the Florida agency. The previous slide deck was out of date and visually unattractive.
Audience: Florida Direct Care Staff
Solution: I created a brand new slide deck using updated statistics and information, including a DEIB approach to reducing stigma in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.
